The promise
If a product doesn't work on your device and we can't fix it within 14 days of your purchase, you get a full refund.
How to ask
Use the contact page and tell us:
- what you bought, and where (the store you checked out on)
- the device and browser you're using
- what's going wrong (a screenshot helps)
We'll try to fix it first. If we can't make it work for you within 14 days of purchase, we'll refund you in full through the store you paid on.
What it doesn't cover
The guarantee is about the product working. It doesn't cover changing your mind after using a working product, or costs charged by third-party AI services you connect.
